Midnight Crossfire was started in 2007, after Tony T. & The Midnight Movers  decided to retire from their almost 43 year run. They had played all over and became a legend among the Southside region. The remaining veterans: Mike McDilda, Jimmy Smiley, and James Gaskins (aka Cisco) still left eager to play. Jimmy buys the band room and equipment from the Movers and decides to start a new group. At the time of all this Mayhem his sons Kevin and Jaime were in a popular southern rock group with Charles Barron named Crossfire who had recently disbanded.  The pieces of the puzzle were sure to fall together and the new versatile  band was born Midnight Crossfire!
